Cardiosport Ultima PC records
exercise data and downloads to computer. The user has up
to 80 hours of recording available in up to 6 separate training sessions
with individually set recording intervals.
Single session data can be viewed
on screen or downloaded to PC with other files via the download interface for post exercise analysis. Training diary software is
included providing detailed reports and color graphs to be produced.
These can be used for comparison of training sessions and analysis with
a coach.
Ultima has a 100 hour
chronograph with up to 99 memories for each lap with average heart rate
and spilt time. Ultima is an excellent partner for interval training
with automatic heart rate recovery based on either time or heart rate.

The Contour Lite Chest Transmitter -
Cardio Sport
HRMs
have a one piece chest transmitter. It is possible to change
the transmitter battery at home - watch batteries should be
changed by a jeweler. Batteries are standard 3 volt lithium
available for approximately $3.00 or less at Radio Shack or
similar store. Battery life is approximately 1.5 - 2 years in
both watch and transmitter. While Cardio Sport units are water
resistant, they are not recommended for swimming.
The
new Cardio Sport Contour Lite ECG chest transmitter has been
ergonomically designed to provide maximum comfort for both
male and female wearers. Weighing just 45 grams, it has a user
changeable battery, is water resistant to 20m and is
compatible with all Cardiosport and most popular heart rate
monitors.
